Move like an Athlete!
We all are athletes, let's start moving like one. Build strength, get your heart up and increase your athleticism through full body athletic movements. Exercises will consist of strength and athletic work via plyometrics, ladders, cone drills, med balls as well as your favorite strength movements like the squat and bench press. Goal is to have fun while working hard and vibing to music that makes you move. Hard work doesn't have to be boring! Class is an hour long with dynamic warm-up, training, and finish with core & mobility.
