40-minute Bootcamp that has helps you with strength, power, endurance, and making some friends too!
This class is for people that need a boost of energy at the beginning of their week. Or, maybe you want to meet some new people in the city after having a busy work day. The workout will be circuit-based with a mix of Strength Training, Cardio, Balance, and more! Get to know the people in your city or make new friends while you are visiting with exercises that you may or may not have done before.
