Join us for a fun, efficient, and safe way to get stronger than ever! After a quick warm-up, this hour-long session starts with a foundational barbell movement: bench, squat, or deadlift. Next, we will superset some accessory movements for hypertrophy, then do 10-15 minutes of conditioning.
